A 3o % Deposite of the full amount made upon tour booking and confirmation of services, with the balance to be paid not later than 30 days prior to arrival of the clients by cash, or credit card with additional bank fees. The following exception will apply;

( a ) Should any of the Supplier’s conditions vary from the above.
( b ) Should seasonal deposits be required.
( c ) Should bookings be made less than 30 days prior to arrival in which case full payment is required immediately.
In these instances we will stipulate on confirmation if any additional / specific deposits are required by suppliers and if these are non-refundable.

The deposit will be refunded in full unless.

– Booking is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival.
– Suppliers ( previously stipulated in the deposit requirement ) withhold the deposit paid.

Myanmar is a cash country, since foreign currencies are not widely accepted. We would like to advise all our guests to bring enough cash in US Dollars for trip to Myanmar. Old US Dollars or slightly damaged are not accepted. It is advisable to bring good notes in order to avoid any acceptability challenges.

The date of cancellation shall be deemed to be the date ( Monday – Friday ) on which the written notification is received in the Active Beauty Myanmar Office which issued the confirmation

-61 days or more prior to arrival, no cancellation charges.
-60 – 31 days prior to arrival, deposit will be forfeited.
-30 – 15 days prior to arrival, 50 % of the tour cost will be forfeited.
-14 days or less prior to arrival , 100 % of the tours cost will be forfeited.

NOTE, Any of the supplier’s specific conditions that vary from the above will apply.

Active Beauty Myanmar Travels understands that cancellations are a part of the travel business. However we try to be as flexible as possible. There will be some charges from local service providers such as Hotels, airlines, etc; we will try to negotiated with them case by case for your convenience but We will not give the guarantee.

Children over 12 years old charged per normal adult fare.
There is no charges for the infant if they do not need the separate seat for domestic air transport.
There will be charges 40 % of adult fare if the infant needs a separate seat for domestic air transport.

Active Beauty Myanmar travels & tours will substitute the hotel, restaurant, boat, car and Domestic flight of similar standard when it may be required due to unexpected situation. Please also note that luxury class accommodation may not always be available in some Myanmar destinations in the mean time. However we will always arrange the best accommodation available.

After commencement of travel, refund will not be made for voluntarily missed tours, meals or other special activities.

There is no insurance in our tour package. We recommend all clients to obtain the necessary baggage, medical and accident insurance before arrival.

Active Beauty Myanmar travels the tours acts only as the agent for the clients, Providing hotels, airlines, transport or other services. We have no liabilities for any loss, injury, damage, accident, delay, war, insurrection, revolt or other civil uprising, other military action, strikes or any act of God occurring in either the country of origin, destination or through passage, or for any reason which may be caused including those outside the touring programs.
Additional expense due to delay, accident, natural disasters, political actions and unrest must be borne by the clients.
We recommend all clients to obtain the travel insurance before arrival.
